What we do & how we do it

Step 1 – Contact Us to ask questions or to book a design appointment

Book an initial appointment to discuss your requirements and vision and to explore the  endless possibilities that we have to offer.

This can be for an initial discussion to ask any questions you may have such as:-  What is the process for getting a quotation? How long does an installation take? How  much should we be looking to budget for this?

Or you may be further along the project, have a design in mind or have visited suppliers  already.  In this case we would encourage clients to send over any  architect plans, dimensions  of the new kitchen space, photographs of the existing kitchen, magazine clippings,  mood-boards and of course your ideas and vision for your project.

Step 2 – Design appointment - Discuss your vision

During the appointment you will discuss your vision with one of our Designers and let  them inspire you with their knowledge, creative ability and enthusiasm for all things  kitchens. Initial appointments are normally 1-1.5 hours long as this allows us to  thoroughly explore your ideas and gain an insight into how you intend to use the newly  created space.  By the end of this initial appointment we will have a clear understanding of what it is you  are looking to achieve, the styles you like as well as your goals in terms of budget and  timescale.  You will leave this with a clear idea of the products we offer, the services we provide and  an estimate of the projected overall costing and timescales to complete the work.

Step 3 - Bringing your ideas to life

After your initial appointment, our team of designers will go away and work their magic  to bring your ideas and vision to life.  The will produce the first designs and quotation based on the information from our  initial consultation and run through HD renders of this with you.  Although these are very much an initial concept and will provide you with a visual  starting point and an overview of costings, which we can then work closely with you in  refining.

Step 4 - Delve into the detail and finalise the design.

Your new kitchen is truly bespoke and this stage allows us to look at the elements of the  design that are important to you. Once we have the finalised design and the layout of  the kitchen we can then truly personalise it for you. From internal storage solutions to  mood lighting and accessories Almost nothing is out of bounds to make the space yours  and yours alone.

Step 5 - Order and manufacture

When you are happy with the final masterpiece, we will confirm the order by way of a  25% deposit at this stage confirmation of the order and an estimated delivery date is  sent to the factory and the production slot is reserved.  If you have opted for our expert installation team to install your new kitchen, we will  then book a site survey to establish crucial elements of the install including the  electrics and plumbing and confirm costings for these.  Lead times are typically 6-12wks depending on the product ordered with solid wood and  painted finishes tending to be the longer.

Step 7 - Installation

On the first day of installation, (If we are installing) our professional tradesman will  arrive on site and follow the agreed schedule of works.  They will then begin to bring your vision to life and will coordinate all specialist teams  such as worktop and glass fabricators.   Our fitting teams show as much pride and passion as our designers and treat your  kitchen project with the detail and attention it deserves.

Step 8 – Sign Off

Once our installation work is concluded we will run through the kitchen and sign this off  with you.  The handover will be completed and all kitchen and appliance warranty information will  be submitted and a handover pack with this supplied.  If during this sign oA either us or yourselves identify any items that need to rectified we  will create a snagging list for these items and agree timescales for the remedial work,  normally within 7 days.

Step 9 – It is time to truly enjoy your new kitchen…

Once our installation work is concluded we will run through the kitchen and sign this off  with you.  The handover will be completed and all kitchen and appliance warranty information will  be submitted and a handover pack with this supplied.  If during this sign oA either us or yourselves identify any items that need to rectified we  will create a snagging list for these items and agree timescales for the remedial work,  normally within 7 days.
